ABOUT THE LEATHER PATCHES
Our patches are made in house with genuine leather. The process starts in our software, where we take your logo and get it ready for the process of engraving. Next, your logo is expertly engraved onto the leather and cut to your requested shape. It is then time for your logo patch to be cleaned, colored, sealed and conditioned before placing it onto the hat. We use the strongest glue available to heat apply your patch. The final result is a quality logo hat bearing your business branding that is both attractive and durable.
LOGO REQUIREMENTS
How to send: Please message us your logo through Etsy
File types: Jpeg, PNG, AI
Quality: Please send a logo format that is 300dpi and larger than 4"x4". Screenshots will not work.
Color: Please send your logo in black & white format. This is how our program reads the design to create engraving paths and lines.
PRODUCTION TIME
We generally run between 3-5 business days for production. During peak times, such as Christmas, this may be extended.
SHIPPING
All hats are shipped in boxes, not bags, to ensure they are not warped. Generally, USPS is used, but for larger orders we may use UPS or Fedex. Please let us know in advance if you have a special instructions in this regard.
